Return & Exchange Policy
At GLIM , your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items, gift cards, and products used or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
Return Process:

We will provide instructions for sending the product back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
Exchanges:
Exchanges for the same product or an alternative are subject to availability.
Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
